Approach to Mobile Phone Air Tightness Testing Solutions:

I. Brief Introduction to the Main System Functions:

1. Perform air-permeable membrane flow and leak testing on mobile phone housings to prevent defective products from being shipped out;

2. After the test is completed, a pass/fail signal is output to judge the test result. The test value is displayed on the tester, and the instrument can store test data and upload it to the host computer.

II. Introduction to Testing Principles:

   In leak testing, the air tightness tester charges the fixture cavity with compressed air at a set pressure and keeps it sealed. The high-precision sensor inside the instrument accurately detects the pressure decay of the air in the fixture cavity over a certain period of time. In flow testing, the flow tester charges the fixture with a set pressure, and the flow value measured by the flow sensor is displayed as test data on the instrument screen. The above test results are compared with the set standard value; if less than the standard value, it is judged as a pass; otherwise, it is a fail signal.

III. Operating Instructions:

1. Manually place the workpiece on the test platform and secure it by hand;

2. Press the start button; the fixture moves in, the cylinder presses down to seal, and the equipment automatically tests the workpiece;

3. After the test is completed, the fixture automatically retracts, and the test result is evaluated as pass or fail.
